- Entrepreneurship Development Centres will be established in all 33 districts.

- Key areas include Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Big Data, and Blockchain.
- The NIPUN Job Engine will connect trained youth with industry requirements.
- Ten acres of land have been allocated at Tendua village in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar for establishing a National Skill Training Institute.
