Qatar-India Postal Remittance Service Using UPI Starts in Doha

A new Qatar-India postal remittance service powered by UPI has become operational in Doha. The PosTransfer-based service is designed to provide a faster, secure and cost-effective method for sending money from Qatar to India. The system connects Qatar Post with India’s postal and digital-payment infrastructure and enables eligible recipients in India to receive the money directly into their UPI-linked bank accounts.
